Legal and Commercial Guarantee
The Directive 99/44 / EC, and the individual national regulations of transposition (for Italy the legislative decree 2 February 2002 n.24) introduce a new guarantee regime for movable goods purchased by consumers, meaning "consumer" exclusively "the person who uses the asset for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity * possibly carried out" (domestic / private use). For this reason, these new rules do not actually change anything in customer / supplier relationships with regard to purchases made with invoice (for which the twelve-month commercial guarantee is still valid).
